This September our project in Maros to collect data of persons affected from the last 10 years will come to an end. We are looking forward to the results!
Meanwhile we are preparing the annual surgery event which will take place in November at the former leprosy hospital in Makassar, Rumah Sakit Tadjuddin Chaled. We have 14 candidates for reconstructive surgery, who will be operated by Dr Iswahyudi from RSTC, while Dr Wim Theuvenet and Dr Pradip Sapkota from Anandaban Hospital in Nepal will attend as visiting lectures.
We also keep facilitating the referral of people with complicated wounds and with ENL reaction to the hospital.
