November 2025. It was time to renew our strategic plan for the next five years. With the invaluable support of our long-time colleague and friend, Angga Yanuari, we spent several days reflecting on our strengths and weaknesses, identifying potential partners and strategic stakeholders, and discussing what each of us considered most important to achieve and where we envision ourselves in the future. The outcome is a new five-year strategic plan (2026-2030), currently in its final stages of refinement and awaiting board approval. We are proud of the progress, inspired by the process, and motivated to explore new horizons—always driven by our commitment to end all suffering caused by leprosy.
