NLR Indonesia: Study on social participation of persons affected by leprosy

NLR Indonesia commissioned a study and YDTI along with PerMaTa South Sulawesi were fortunate to be selected for it. The study examines to what extent stigma and discrimination due to leprosy hinders the social participation and rights of persons affected by leprosy. We work in 3 teams: Makassar, Bulukumba and Tegal in Central Java. In Tegal we meet our old friends from Difabel Slawi Mandiri (DSM) again! Data collection will take place from September 26th to October 5th. Then it is analyzed and the report is written.  To be continued…
